Tomato Gazpacho with MESIMERI Drops

Cold tomato soup, with cucumber flakes & drops of extra virgin olive oil MESIMERI.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Extra virgin olive oil MESIMERI
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 fresh onion
  • 1 dried onion
  • 1 slice of bread
  • 1 sprig of basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sea salt flakes
  • 2 tsp vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth. Pass the mixture through a sieve.
  • Serve in a bowl with cucumber flakes and MESIMERI EVOO drops.
