Tomahawk MESIMERI
Tomahawk steak with Shitake mushrooms, King Oyster mushrooms, Chimichurri sauce, and extra virgin olive oil MESIMERI.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Tomahawk steak
2 Shitake mushrooms
2 King Oyster mushrooms
Fresh thyme
For the Chimichurri sauce:
Extra virgin olive oil MESIMERI
50g parsley
50g fresh oregano
50g fresh thyme
50g white vinegar
5g ground cumin
50g fresh onion
Salt flakes
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Allow the tomahawk steak to come to room temperature and season it with salt and pepper.
Grill the steak to your preferred doneness.
Grill the mushrooms as well on the barbecue.
For the Chimichurri sauce, take all the herbs, finely chop them, and add the vinegar, salt, and MESIMERI EVOO.
Serve the tomahawk steak and mushrooms on a plate and drizzle the Chimichurri sauce over the top.
