The company mesimeri.gr makes every effort to ensure that all orders are executed and sent on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 15:00, on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday – Tuesday. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are excluded from working days.
We work with recognized courier companies to deliver your purchases. Shipments abroad are made with DHL and within the country with TNT.

When your order is shipped, you receive an e-mail with the bill of lading number and a link to track the status of your shipment on the website of the co-operating courier. Orders are delivered 9:00 – 17:00. Please make sure someone is available to pick up and sign for your delivery. If someone is not available for delivery, the courier will leave a contact phone message where you should call to re-arrange your delivery. Undelivered shipments are returned to us after a week. In such a case, the re-dispatch shall be subject to transport costs.
The transport charges policy is as follows:
For Greece transport costs start at EUR 3 and vary according to the weight of the products.
For delivery of products with a total value of EUR 70 or more, shipping costs are FREE.
For other countries, transport costs are calculated on completion of your order depending on the country of dispatch and the weight of the products.

In any case, however, you have the right of withdrawal, which is described in detail below, and to return the products once you have followed the following procedure.

The products can be changed to any available different size or type.

Refunds are made within 14 working days of the returned items being received and checked. Refunds are only made to the original credit/debit card, PayPal account, or bank account used to pay for the order. Processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit/debit card. You may return the products you have purchased without having to tell us why you wish to return the products within 14 days of the date you receive the products. We are entitled in any case to delay the refund until we receive the products back and check their condition, which should be excellent, as it was when they were sent.

In case of non-approved or non-accepted returns, the products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order.
Refunds are not accepted on ordered products and for products marked ‘NOT TO BE RETURNED’ in their description. Nor are there any returns on products from EU countries.
