Shrimp Ceviche with Drops of MESIMERI
Shrimp ceviche with avocado sauce, fresh herbs, lime, finely chopped cucumber, and extra virgin olive oil MESIMERI
INGREDIENTS:
Extra virgin olive oil MESIMERI
1 Gambari shrimp from Messinia
1 avocado
1/2 bunch of cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Zest of 1 lime
1 cucumber
1 chili pepper
1 garlic clove
20g ginger
Sea salt flakes
Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Clean the shrimp and cut them into small pieces.
Marinate them with ginger, lime zest, lime juice, chili pepper, cilantro, and drops of MESIMERI.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
In a container, combine cucumber, avocado, lime juice, and garlic.
Add salt, pepper, MESIMERI EVOO, and blend until smooth.
Pass the mixture through a sieve to achieve a nice and smooth avocado cream.
Place the avocado cream on a plate and arrange the marinated shrimp in the center.
Add drops of MESIMERI EVOO on top.
