“KONSTANTINOS SPYROPOULOS MESIMERI FRUITS AND TREES” shall make every effort to ensure that all orders are executed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on Friday after 15:00, on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday – Tuesday. Saturdays, Sundays and official Greek holidays are excluded from working days.
We work with recognized courier companies to deliver your purchases. Shipments abroad are made with DHL and within the country with TNT.
The countries to which we ship products are:
The estimated delivery time within Greece is 1-3 working days. The estimated delivery time is indicative and may vary for islands and remote areas.
For countries outside Greece, the time is 2-5 working days.
Deliveries cannot be made to mail boxes.
The time is indicative and may vary depending on the country of destination.
MESIMERI shall not be liable for delays in deliveries caused by weather conditions or other circumstances beyond its control.
When your order is shipped, you receive an e-mail with the bill of lading number and a link to track the status of your shipment on the website of the co-operating courier. Orders are delivered 9:00 – 17:00. Please make sure someone is available to pick up and sign for your delivery. If someone is not available for delivery, the courier will leave a contact phone message where you should call to re-arrange your delivery. Undelivered shipments are returned to us after a week. In such a case, the re-dispatch shall be subject to transport costs.
Transport costs are calculated before your order is completed and vary according to product weight and country of shipment.
For Greece transport costs start at EUR 3 and vary according to the weight of the products.
For delivery of products with a total value of EUR 70 or more, shipping costs are FREE.
For other countries, transport costs are calculated on completion of your order depending on the country of dispatch and the weight of the products.
