The purpose of the company ‘KONSTANTINOS SPYROPOULOS MESIMERI TREES AND FRUITS’ is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. In any case, however, you have the right of withdrawal, which is described in detail below, and to return the products once you have followed the following procedure.
You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within an exclusive period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you or a third person designated by you received the products, and you can choose between a change of product type or a refund.
In more detail, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date of the order, and you can choose between a change of product type or a refund. In order for the return to be accepted, all products must be in perfect condition with their labels and original packaging. The cost of returning products shall be borne by the customer in full.
You must inform the company within the above time limit (either by sending an e-mail to info@mesimeri.com, which will always contain the order number, or by telephone at +306944882723.
“KONSTANTINOS SPYROPOULOS MESIMERI TREES AND FRUITS” shall not be liable for any loss. Let it be clear that we only accept products purchased from our mesimeri.gr e-shop.
The products can be changed to any available different size or type.

Refunds are made within 14 working days of the returned items being received and checked. Refunds are only made to the original credit/debit card, PayPal account, or bank account used to pay for the order. Processing time varies depending on the bank and the type of credit/debit card. The company KONSTANTINOS SPYROPOULOS MESIMERI TREES AND FRUITS shall not be liable for any incoming transfer costs of the receiver’s respective bank.
You may return the products you have purchased without having to tell us why you wish to return the products, within 14 days of the date you receive the products. Refunds are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as you received them, and accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice. You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from your improper handling. On receipt of the returned products, their condition will be checked. The quality of the repacking of the product is your responsibility.
We are entitled in any case to delay the refund until we receive the products back and check their condition, which should be excellent, as it was when they were sent.
‘KONSTANTINOS SPYROPOULOS MESIMERI TREES AND FRUITS’ reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized and/or dispatched under the terms of return detailed online and the instructions accompanying each order. In case of non-approved or non-accepted returns, the products will be returned to the shipping address of the original order.
Refunds are not accepted on ordered products and for products marked ‘NOT TO BE RETURNED’ in their description. Nor are there any returns on products from EU countries.
