Portobello Mushroom under the Shadow of MESIMERI
Portobello Mushroom with traditional Mani salted pork, Blue Cheese, Thyme, Garlic, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil MESIMERI.
INGREDIENTS:
2 Portobello mushrooms
100g traditional Mani salted pork
100g blue cheese
2 cloves of garlic
Thyme
MESIMERI Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sage
INSTRUCTIONS:
Marinate a large Portobello mushroom with salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, and olive oil.
Bake it at 170 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes.
Cut the Mani pork into cubes and place it on top of the mushroom.
Add the blue cheese and sage, then bake for another 5 minutes.
Serve with a drizzle of fresh MESIMERI E.V.O.O.
