Handmade MESIMERI Olive Oil Tart.

Handmade olive oil tart with spinach, fresh herbs, traditional cheese, and extra virgin olive oil MESIMERI.

Ingridients:

  • 220g flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 50g sugar
  • 60ml extra virgin olive oil MESIMERI
  • 3 tbsp fresh milk
  • 500g spinach
  • 100g cream
  • Parsley
  • 1 fresh onion

Instructions:

  • Σε ένα μπολ βάζουμε το αλεύρι, τη ζάχαρη, το έξτρα παρθένο ελαιόλαδο MESIMERI, το γάλα και ανακατεύουμε με το χέρι μέχρι να σχηματιστεί μια ενιαία μαλακή ζύμη.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
  • In a saucepan, sauté the spinach, add the onion and herbs.
  • Continue sautéing until softened.
  • Then, place the mixture on the baked tart and pour the cream, which has been beaten with an egg yolk, over it.
  • Bake in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes and serve.
