Greek salad with fresh tomatoes, Kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, asparagus, and extra virgin olive oil MESIMERI.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Extra virgin olive oil MESIMERI
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3 slices of toasted bread
  • Multi-colored cherry tomatoes
  • 3 asparagus spears
  • Fresh basil
  • pepper
  • Salt flakes

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Toast 3 slices of bread and rub a tomato on top of the slices.
  • In a bowl, combine multi-colored cherry tomatoes, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, boiled asparagus (boil for 4 minutes), salt, pepper, and serve on a large plate with MESIMERI EVOO.
