Carob bread with walnuts, honey & MESIMERI extra virgin olive oil.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add the two types of flour and salt to the bowl, mix well and make a groove in the center. Pour the honey, olive oil, walnuts, water, and yeast into the groove and mix in a circular motion, until the ingredients are combined.
Keep mixing until the dough is smooth and elastic.
Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rest for 30 minutes. Knead for ½ minute to deflate a little, shape into a round bun and place on a large flat baking sheet with the parchment paper on it.
Cover the baking pan with a towel and leave it in a relatively warm place for about 1 hour until the bread has doubled in volume. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Bake for 50 minutes, until the bread is risen.
Remove the bread from the oven, place on a rack and let it cool completely before slicing it.
