With members from nine different countries, Canada’s IOC 2021 jury brought together an impressive team of highly qualified olive oil experts. Among them, Ehud Soriano of Israel, a consultant and judge of international olive oil competitions, and an expert certified by the University of Jaén.
Another Member, Emily Lycopolus, an olive oil sommelier of level 2 said “CIOOC 2021 adds credibility to the brands of olive oil, allows producers to stand out on a shelf in a deli or super market and increases consumer confidence.
